7. DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA AND WORLDWIDE

7. 1 DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you a delivery time. Goods are shipped via Posta Slovenije. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that it also takes time for the parcel to arrive. In Slovenia, the delivery time for most parcels is one day, but this can be extended due to various reasons beyond our control (breakdowns, accidents, faults, road conditions, etc. ). If you order a Personalised Baby Pack, the delivery time is longer: 6-10 working days.

7. 1. 2 DELIVERY COSTS IN SLOVENIA

The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije. The buyer is responsible for postage costs for purchases of less than 40€ . The delivery charge for a purchase of 40€ is 4€ and is shown at the end of your order and is included in the invoice you receive with the products you order. For purchases over 40€, shipping costs are FREE. If you choose to pay for your order COD, the shipping costs will be higher due to the redemption service and the commission charged by Post Slovenije (see 2. PAYMENT METHOD). This additional cost is charged to you by Post Slovenije after the fact and is not included in your invoice.

The delivery fee for purchases up to 2 kg is 4€ , over 2 kg is 5,10 € (POSTAL SERVICE SLOVENIA). The delivery charge for purchases up to 2 kg is 4,55€, over 2 kg is 5,65€ (GLS SLOVENIA). .

7. 2 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Delivery of goods ordered in the online shop is also possible in most countries around the world. We prepare and dispatch the goods you order the same day, so you will generally receive them within 4 to 5 working days. Delivery times may be extended in countries with customs administrations. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you a delivery time.

7. 2. 1 DELIVERY COSTS IN THE EU

Shipping costs for goods shipped outside Slovenia are charged at a different rate, according to DHL’s price list. Individual purchases to EU countries are limited to 1.000 € .

Shipping costs for goods shipped outside Slovenia are charged at a different rate, according to DHL’s price list. Individual purchases to countries outside the EU are limited to 600 € . For non-EU countries, the buyer pays an additional amount for import customs brokerage and import duties, if required by law.

7. 2. 3 DELIVERY COSTS TO RUSSIA AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Shipping costs for sending goods to Russia are charged according to the UPS price list. Please comply with any requests or instructions from UPS and Customs for additional personal information, which will ask for, among other things, your passport number. Free shipping applies for all purchases over 200 € and up to 3 kg – promotion valid until 25/6/2023 – applies to the following countries:
